Our client is a leading provider of collaboration and connectivity solutions to healthcare payers and providers. When a competitor launched a new core administration system that forced their customers to upgrade to the new platform, it prompted some of their customers to review other solutions—including our client’s.


We launched an integrated, awareness campaign to VP & C-Suite decision makers at health plans currently faced with upgrading their core administration system, and expose them to our client’s superior technology and services. The campaign utilized a variety of tactics that would ensure delivery of our message, including infographic, dimensional mail, direct mail brochure, e-mail and landing page.
