Using Research for C-Level Engagement

CLIENT PROFILE

Our client’s solutions help hospitals and physicians with financial and operations performance and optimization. They needed CFO and Director of Finance participation in establishing a new “physician alignment benchmark” for hospitals and physicians.

SOLUTION

First, we worked with them to create a survey, then we utilized HFMA’s vast membership of healthcare finance executives to gather responses. We collaborated with our client and HFMA to compile the findings into a research report that we could promote to key hospital and group practice decision makers.

Then we developed a turn-key integrated program to promote the results of the research using a wide range of communications tactics.

RESULTS

The program exceeded the expected 4-8% response rate, with a rate of 8.7%. The program also created multiple closed deals and pipeline opportunities, and drove “standing room only” attendance to a client-sponsored luncheon at the annual HFMA ANI event. It was recognized in the 30th Annual Healthcare AD Awards.
