Our client provides healthcare solutions to health systems and group practices, including telehealth, medical imaging and information management, health information exchange (HIE) and mobile health. With a recent launch of the telehealth solution, they needed to create awareness, generate qualified leads, and build a pipeline to meet short-term sales goals.
We developed a multi-touch online and offline campaign to educate the clinical audience about our client’s solutions. The campaign centered included three waves of tactics that addressed how telehealth is transforming care delivery, how telehealth is improving patient care, and the cost savings benefits. Customized landing pages outlined solution features and benefits and promoted assets available for download. The tactical lineup, which included direct mail, email, and outbound calling, helped identify interested prospects and build a pipeline to meet short-term sales goals. Following the three wave campaign, two top-performing emails were sent through relevant publications to continue to drive new website visits, additional asset downloads and increase awareness.
Of the 1100 hospitals in our focus, we generated a 3.7% response rate which represented 45 hospitals,and based on the success of the telehealth launch we began similar launches for medical information and information management and health information exchange.
