Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst is primarily responsible for online and offline campaign analysis, reporting, and insight development for assigned clients. The role serves as a key Analytics & Automation team member in measuring performance of our clients’ marketing initiatives and making proactive recommendations based on insights.

The role also involves set up and implementation of web analytics tracking and reporting to ensure online engagement of our clients’ customers and prospects are effectively identified and factored into overall marketing program measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares measurement planning documents for direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns including SEM, Paid Search, Display, and Social Media
  • Build and distribute reports with performance metrics/insights on client marketing campaigns
  • Create custom dashboards to track and audit client marketing performance on an on-going basis, and generate automated reports where applicable
  • Analyze marketing channel and website performance data for assigned projects
  • Implements analytics tagging for web analytics and develops digital reporting for tracking and reporting of campaign and organic site engagement
  • Work cross-functionally to help inform the agency and clients on key learnings from data analysis

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a highly analytical role delivering actionable marketing campaign insights
  • Ability to deep dive into performance data on a daily basis, drawing conclusions and making optimization recommendations
  • Highly analytical, focused on informing performance optimization based on gathering and examining marketing data from multiple sources

Client Services Manager

Currently, we are hiring a veteran manager that has 10-15 years of account management experience within an advertising or marketing agency. The Client Services Manager within the agency is instrumental in the success of our clients.

Our integrated approach requires that the candidate have experience in building and implementing strategic plans that incorporate a wide range of online and offline tactics, content marketing (including distribution & ongoing management), and automation and analytics technology. The ability to recommend the right plan and tactics to achieve specific goals will be critical to success.

Client Services Managers act as a link between their client(s) and the agency departments, and report to the Director of Client Services. They are responsible for the management of their clients’ campaigns and ensuring all projects are produced flawlessly, on time, and within budget.
