SUMMARY: The Manager, Marketing Analytics role is primarily responsible for design and execution of client solutions involving data analytics, digital/offline/cross-channel campaign analysis, and marketing program measurement and insights.

The role also involves design and implementation of digital analytic tracking strategies, tagging, and dashboard development to ensure online engagement of our clients’ customers and prospects are effectively identified and factored into overall marketing program measurement.

The Manager, Marketing Analytics is a key Analytics & Automation team member who serves to continually grow our services offering, partners with peers across Red House to deliver phenomenal client work, and furthers the professional growth and capabilities of our junior staff.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conducts data discovery and analysis to inform customer profiling, segmentation, and inform marketing strategies
  • Prepares measurement strategies for direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns – including Display, SEM, SEO, and Social Media
  • Delivers performance metrics and insights on client marketing campaigns
  • Creates custom dashboards to track and audit client marketing performance on an ongoing basis, and generates automated reports where applicable
  • Analyzes marketing channel and website performance data for assigned projects
  • Implements tagging strategies for web analytics and develops digital reporting for tracking and reporting of campaign and organic site engagement
  • Works cross-functionally to help inform the agency and clients on key learnings from data analysis

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a highly analytical role delivering actionable marketing campaign insights
  • Ability to deep-dive into performance data on a daily basis, drawing conclusions and making optimization recommendations
  • Highly analytical, while strategically savvy, with experience in developing smart, insightful client presentations

Currently, we are hiring a veteran manager that has 10-15 years of experience leading B-to-B clients, including 5 years of B-to-B healthcare experience in medical device, pharma or relevant highly regulated fields.
